Everything is excellent except the breakfast.
The breakfast is average, not much choice as c compare to other five star hotels. I must admit the noodles offered are the worst I taste in Pattaya! The location is ok, away from the town center but there is a shuttle service to Terminal 21 and Central Festival every hour.
The room is large with a washing machine which is very handy for long stay. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower room and toilet room. In the bedroom there is a sofa to relax and a balcony to enjoy some fresh air.

A really nice stay
Majority was good, and the staff were fantastic
The bed didn't feel new as when sleeping it felt like it was on a slope on both sides. The pillows were too hard or too soft so trying to get the right combination was difficult, meaning I didn't get to sleep easy

Exceptional
Wow. What a hotel. It was recommended to me by a friend and what a hotel it is. The staff are amazing so welcoming and the best service and then the roof top pool. Spectacular. But the best was the rooms. Just beautiful and the comfiest bed ive stayed in. I actually booked to stay a 2nd night as it was so comfortable. Fantastic shower and bath. And we found an amazing Italian restaurant 100yds away with the best host Tony. I will return to Pattaya for this hotel alone. It's stunning
